The rooms were decent sized and normal double with sofa bed' kept by the excellent staff. The breakfast was satisfactory and I greatly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was just next door to the local subway.

The stay here was fairly nice, truly enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with excellent location near the tube station, supermarket, and subway lines. The bed was nice, the room - normal double and brand-new. The breakfast was good, a lot of appetising food. We were offered a good service. Easy check-in was a bonus.

The staff is helpful and friendly and there is a self-serve laundry on the premises. Breakfast is available for purchase at a reasonable price, and there is free coffee and drinks in the lobby during breakfast hours. The hot spring is lovely and worth a visit.

The room size is a bit small, and the pillows provided may not be to everyone's liking.

Had a lovely Xmas stay at a hotel that provided two unexpected complementary facts: free Wi-Fi and a tasty breakfast buffet. the hotel was conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to get around and explore. the highlight of our stay was definitely the natural hot springs onsen, which was an absolute delight and helped us unwind after a busy day.

The surrounding neighborhood wasn't the most exciting and getting to the hotel from the train station required a bit of a walk. Our room had a slight smell of smoke even though we had requested a non-smoking room.

Convenient location by subway station with easy access to shops and restaurants. Clean rooms with comfortable pillows and complimentary toiletries. Enjoyed the onsen bath and good selection of food for breakfast. Friendly staff and fast WIFI.
